Cancellation Policy

At Executive Builders & Management, every consultation is designed to give you the clarity, precision, and professional insight you need before beginning your custom design or construction project. To ensure that each client receives the attention they deserve, please review our booking policy below: Consultation Scheduling All consultations must be booked in advance through our online booking calendar. Upon scheduling, you’ll receive an email confirmation outlining your appointment date, time, and meeting details. Consultation Fee A $150 Consultation Fee is required at the time of booking to secure your session. This fee is non-refundable, but it will be applied toward your project balance if you choose to move forward with Executive Builders & Management for your design or build services. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that schedules may change. To reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session may result in forfeiture of your consultation fee. Missed appointments without prior notice will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full 60-minute consultation. Sessions that begin late due to client delay will still conclude at the scheduled end time. No-Show Policy If you fail to attend your scheduled consultation without advance notice, your session will be marked as a no-show and the consultation fee will be forfeited. Project Engagement Should you decide to proceed with our services, your consultation fee will be applied toward your Blueprint Design Package or Construction Agreement, depending on your selected service.
