At Executive Builders & Management, all blueprint sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Contractor Selection: It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to hire qualified contractors, engineers, or architects as required by local law to review and adapt the blueprints for construction.

Code Compliance: While our blueprints are designed to meet recognized building standards, building codes and regulations vary by state, county, and municipality. The purchaser must ensure compliance with all applicable local building codes and permitting requirements before beginning construction.

Modifications: Any modifications made to the blueprints after purchase are at the discretion and expense of the purchaser. Executive Builders & Management is not responsible for design changes performed by outside contractors or third parties.

Use of Plans: Purchased blueprints are intended for one-time use in the construction of a single residence, unless otherwise specified. By purchasing and downloading our blueprints, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.

Engineering and permit-related services are available as optional enhancements to your selected blueprint. These services are designed to ensure your plans align with local building requirements and are prepared for construction and approval.

Options include structural engineering, HVAC system design, full MEP planning, and permit coordination assistance. These services can be selected during purchase or arranged after checkout based on your project needs.
